Moments before Van Morrison takes the stage. Obviously the people holding the tickets in the rows in front of us didn't know that Van takes the stage on time, with no opening act. I couldn't decide if he performed Brown Eyed Girl as the second song to piss off those who were late or if he just wanted to get it out of the way and move on to some of his fav's. This was my second show of Van's to see and this one was by far more of his Jazz and Blues side than his mainstream show. It was a great 1.5 hours of music. Just don't expect to know more about Van after the show because he doesn't entertain (in this case, didn't even address the crowd) - just sings.
