Trying to give my little guys some independence, I let them have free range of the house while I toured the gardens yesterday. I returned home to find a limping little guy - gimpy. I was surprised at how quickly my motherly panic kicked in. After being consoled by the emergency vet nurse and Nancy, I babied my babied all night and planned to take him to the vet today. Well to my astonishment, someone appeared healthy when I returned home early from work. Suspiciously like the kid who's too sick for school but feels much better when it's time to see the doctor. I only hope this trend of improvement continues.
