We have lift off!! The last mission for Atlantis space shuttle is in progress. What an amazing event to have witnessed. I only wish that we would have had access to the official NASA radio broadcast to experience it fully. The entire event happened within minutes and the blast rolled in like thunder way behind the initial take off. The plumes were so bright it seemed to burn my eyes. I focused on the binoculars so I hope to get a few photos from friends. Only two left before the space mission is exhausted.
