I was very disappointed to have missed boot camp's "fun Friday" last weekend for the launch. So I was eagerly anticipating today's class and the amusement it would provide. I was sourly disappointed to discover that "fun Friday" is just like Monday, Tues, ..... - lot's of running and cardio vascular exercises. Just with eggs - notice the prize is written on each egg - mountain climbers, superman's, etc.... From someone who sort of despises exercise, I do appreciate the variety Friday offers but it was no recess like the old days.
