I survived day 1 of bootcamp. To most this would not be a legitimate fear but for me, it was. I have quite a history of dropping from heat so I was not sure how today would go. This is how we ended our hour long session. If you can't make out the flights of stairs - there are SIX. I have an icky premonition that this will not be the last time I climb these stairs!! I hope by butt appreciates these efforts.
