This is one of my favorite stores to hunt for treasures. It's right downtown so it's convenient for a quick lunch run. I love to find off the beaten path "junk" stores. The Restore has donated items from stores with discontinued or damaged products and from people who have remodeled their home. You never know what you'll find when you come in. My favorite things to scout out are the used tools. I like to pick up tools that I might not need but once or twice and only pay a fraction of the costs at the Big Box store. It's also a great feeling to give back to the organization and have a piece of history. I like to think a kind old grandpa-ish man once used the tools I've gotten from here.
