Here is a sample of my finds this morning at the native plant rescue in Alpharetta. It was soooo good to get back in the dirt! The real gem of the trip were the trout lilies that covered the entire rescue site. Many were about to bloom so I hope I did not disturb their big debut. The other big finds were new rocks for the bed borders.

On a sad note - a final decision was made to postpone the Africa trip until September. I know it's hard to see the positive out of personal disappointment but I have to believe it will be for the best.

So no I need a trip in the near future - where to next????
