Last night catching up with friends - tonight catching up with neighbors (also friends). Through persuasion, I agreed to sit on the neighborhood board as social chair for the year. I'm great at coming up with ideas and themes but execution is where I fall short. This role is no exception. Despite my planning flaws, the team did pull off a successful holiday gathering.
