The cards have been sent, the gifts unwrapped, church services attended and now it's time to take down the tree. Everyone always comments on how fast the year went or that it feels like we just celebrated Christmas but until this year, I really did not totally understand these comments. For some reason, the Christmas spirit didn't grab me this year. I'm a Christmas junkie - I love the decorating, the baking, the choral shows, the wrapping and the true meaning of the holiday but I just didn't feel the wonder of the holiday. With all that said, I still hated to take down the tree. Maybe if I kept it up longer I would finally catch the buzz.
