My department volunteered at Atlanta's Open Hands Foundation. The organization provides comprehensive nutrition care to those who can not afford food, those with dietary needs under a doctor's care, or weight control plans for paying customers. The organization prepares 3000 meals each day. At one point in the day, I had a personal reflection to Lucy on the convection belt at the chocolate factory. My labels could not come unpeeled fast enough to catch the assembly line. Just one more lesson of assurance that I should stay out of the kitchen.
