So this little gem was at the end of my front stairs - Joy! He made no movement when I walked by numerous times loading my car. Normally, I'm Romanesque and order "off with the head" but I thought the stray cats might enjoy the treat so I left it as is. I hope he's non threatening because he was missing when I got home last night (it had to be the cats - right?). At least it's not a Bushmaster that will track and wait for weeks to eat me.
